USA Today had a great story last week about hot tubs as the ultimate place to watch the game from — field-side!
Grasshopper Club Zurich of the Swiss Super League will be remembered as one of the true innovators when it comes changing to the fan experience inside a stadium, though it’s unclear whether or not the fan experience actually improving or not. A couple of “lucky” Zurich fans were selected to watch last weekend’s match in a pitchside hot tub, splashing around and swilling beers all while sitting half-naked in front of thousands of people.
Not even the biggest TV in the world could possibly replicate that experience!
